I absolutely love Kate’s approach to eating, it’s logical and totally not fadical.
The best tips Ive picked up from this book is eating porridge for breakfast for weightloss, enjoying sourdough bread and filling up on wholesome healthy soups.
Its a lovely book to dip in and out of and it also has some fantastically healthy recipes. The banana & dark chocolate loaf is one of my all time favourites!
