Deliciously Chocolatey No Bake Cake ❤️

This has got to be my kids all time favourite chocolate cake!

What’s not to love? Creamy dark chocolate filled with broken up pieces of crunchy cookies! Yummy!

It is also one of my favourites because it is just so easy to make, and absolutely perfect for the warmer months of the year as it requires no cooking whatsoever.

Get your little ones to help you crumble up the biscuits and mix them into the gooey chocolate mixture. So much fun!

Ingredients- (makes enough for 5-6)

  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 250grams digestive biscuits

Method –

  • Pour the milk, sugar, cocoa powder and melted butter into a large bowl. Mix until all are incorporated into a thick chocolatey ganache.
  • Break up the bisuits by hand into small pieces.
  • Put the broken up cookies into the ganache and mix carefully until all the cookies are covered in the chocolate sauce.

  • Line a loaf tin with cling film.
  • Pour the biscuity chocolatey mixture carefully into the lined loaf tin.
  • Fold the cling film over the mixture and mold it into a loaf shape.

  • Place into the freezer to set for at least 3hours.
  • Remove from freezer, gently peel off cling film.
  • Place on serving plate and with a sharp knife cut into slices.
  • Serve immediately & gobble up! 😋

A perfect treat with string coffee! Yum!
