The ‘Smart’ way to enjoy the sun this summer! πŸŒž

June 23, 2015

I have written in a past post how important it is to protect against the sun!

I have two boys as you all know, they absolutely love the outdoors, especially in the summer. Swimming, building sandcastles, playing in the garden. We use the best possible sun creams, but I have always wondered if I need to reapply, are their little bodies really protected all the day through with a good coating of cream first thing in the day, or do we need to put more on after swimming?

The geniuses at Smart Sun have come up with a super simple solution to help us all stop wondering, and ensure that are kids are fully protected from the sun all day long.

Smart Sun are intelligent UV wristbands which will change colour depending on whether or not you need to reapply sun cream, before you get sun burnt in any way. Perfect for kids and adults alike.

So here is how it works. Simply put on a wrist band first thing, as you put on sun cream put some on the band too. If you reapply the sun cream, put some on the band too. Then enjoy your day swimming, playing in the garden and so on as you planned to. Smart Sun will be doing the work for you so you don’t have to wonder if you or your kids are protected from the sun.

Here are the colour codes-

YELLOW – wristband is unused

BEIGE – Reapply Suncream

PINK – Stay out of the sun!

Smart Sun can be purchased in packs of five. They are so light and discreet your kids won’t even know they are wearing them. My boys wore them in the garden last weekend without even mentioning them. My older son thought they were surfer dude style cool!

When it comes to the sun it’s always best to be safe than sorry. Order now-
