Carrot & Strawberry Suprise ❤️

I was in Waitrose this morning. So many gorgeous ingredients to try. I wanted some new things to juice. 

Juicing is a big fun experiment! Try out different fruits and vegetables to see which ones fit. I wanted colour today, bright red strawberries and crunchy orange carrots. I love adding some green vegetables to my juices, just a little to get the nutrients without losing the fruity flavour. If you add too much of the green stuff there is a chance your kids won’t like it, so its all about balance.

I have added celery and parsley to this juice. Parsley and celery juice can be bitter on its own but you will find that the kids won’t even notice the taste, as the carrot, apple and strawberry flavours balance them out. Parsley helps flush out excess fluid from the body, and helps our kidneys to function. Celery is great for digestion and contains good salts essential for a healthy body.

This recipe is delicious! Not only does it look amazing, a bright shade of coral, it is mouthwateringly yummy! Can’t wait for my boys to try it after school.


– 1 punnet of strawberries

– 1 stick of celery

– 4 carrots

– 1 apple

– 1 handful of fresh parsley
