Homemade Lemonade! No sugar, just honey ğŸ‹ğŸ‹ğŸ‹ğŸ‹

Im still fighting the flu but feeling so much better with all this natural vitamin C. Oranges, grapefruits, lemons and kiwis.

I love lemons! Squeeze them on salads, fish or just squeeze them into this yummy and refreshing homemade lemonade. This is the pure lemon version but why not add fresh mint for a minty lemony lemonade!

The best thing is there is absolutely no sugar in this recipe, its sweetened with honey! So not only is it delicious its also super healthy ❤️

Ingredients- (makes enought for 2)

– 1/2 mug of honey

  • – 1 1/2 mugs of boiling hot water
  • – 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

 

Method-

Mix the honey in the hot water until the honey is dissolved. Stir in the lemon juice. Let cool before serving. 

Just add in a few leaves of fresh mint and put through a blender if you fancy something minty. You can even add chopped strawberries to make it look fantastic and taste sweeter.
