Green goodness in a cup! Kids will love it!

Eating anything green is not always any kids favourite thing to do.

Ive found that there are ways to make green foods tastier and more fun to get kids to at least try them. Broccoli for example is not only boiled and served in our home, my mother taught me a very clever and simple trick. Once boiled pour on a little light soy sauce, olive oil and the kids will be gobbling the broccoli up in no time! Kids after all also have taste buds and need to taste that something is yummy to eat it.

Here is my green goodness juice! Get the kids to help you juice, this is delicious!

Ingredients- (makes enough for 3 glasses)

– 2 carrots

– 3 apples

– 2 stalks of celery

– 3 stalks if Kale 

– Handful of green grapes

Method –

– Juice it all, give it a good mix and enjoy with the kids! Mine love it!
