Spicey Avocado on Dark Rye crispbread

Want a quick, healthy snack, that won’t pile on the pounds or ruin your appetite? This has got to be the most delicious thing ever!

Ingredients-

– 2 Dark Rye Ryvita crispbreads

– 1 ready to eat Avocado

– lemon juice

– Sea salt, Freshly ground black pepper and Chilli flakes

Method-

Spoon the avocado generously on the crisp breads. Don’t push it down too much as the crispbreads will crack. Squeeze on lemon juice. Then sprinkle on the sea salt, pepper and chilli flakes.

Delicious with an ice cold Corona!
