A hidden little gem in the heart of our city – Rowleys

March 2, 2015

A romantic date night planned with your loved one? Special occasion? Want to go somewhere new in the city? Try Rowleys in Piccadilly.

Its just so cosy, romantic and the food is just plain and simply great! British cuisine at its best – steaks, lamb, fish, the menu is superb. It even offers traditional classics like bread & butter pudding but with a Bailey’s twist. My husband especially loves the unlimited fries which you just cannot stop eating! Its not too pricey either, we had two courses each (we gave the dessert a miss after the fries) and it came to £100 with a nice bottle of red wine.

Its my current favourite because it just seems to transport you away from the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly Circus into a bygone era when people took time to sit down and enjoy their food.

The restaurant itself is just beautiful. The building dating back to the eighteen hundreds. The tiling inside is breathtaking.

When booking ask for a table by the window so you can enjoy the restaurant but also watch the world go by.

113 Jermyn Street, St James, London SW1

Enjoy! xxxxxxxxxx
