Add a spoonful of this to you and your kids porridge, soup, cereal, juice, smoothie or salad! Super healthy!

Whats in it?

– Chai seeds

– Golden linseed

– Sunflower seeds

– Pumpkin seeds

– Flax seeds

Mix it all up in a jar and start spooning it into your everyday meals! Kids won’t even know they are there! Great for any constipational issues šŸ˜‰
